I’ve spent over 25 years helping leaders, teams, and institutions grow — through my work with Accenture, Uniworld, Lawrance & Mayo, Centum Learning, Franciscan International, Reputed Institutions, Conferences and beyond.
In 2016, I did what few consultants dare — I left the comfort of the whiteboard behind and co-founded a company.
But my real clarity came not from consulting rooms — it came from building a company from scratch over the last 8 years. The struggle, the silence, and the purpose behind that journey taught me what no theory ever could.
